As I have said so many times, first birthday sessions are so much fun. I photographed Leah when she was only a few months old and she came back to see me to mark this big milestone. Leah was beyond adorable, she sat on the floor happy and giving me lots of smiles during the session.

One of the additional extras to my portrait sessions is the cake smash. I usually start the photo session as per normal and towards the end we will give the child a cake. I find these sessions so rewarding and most children approach the cake with hesitation as they are just not used to being able to get messy with cake.
