This weeks topic was shining and I was not quite sure how to interpret the topic, however this morning I just saw the image. My daughter was sitting on the sofa with the morning sun shining in her hair and with her notebook in her lap. She loves to write notes, stories and poems and at that moment that I watched her sitting there with the spring shining in the window I was reminded of one of the favourite short stories she has written.

 
SPRING MORNING by Grace

On a lovely spring morning I was going to let the cats out for some fresh air.

The weather was beautiful, there was a lovely breeze and the birds were tweeting.

I took one step outside and then I took a second step with a smile on my face.
