Its Party time so lets smash a cake
My baby girl turned one on Sunday and I always find first birthdays quite emotional.
My baby girl turned one on Sunday and I always find first birthdays quite emotional. 
My eldest could not wait for her sister to wake up and as soon as she opened her eyes she started singing Happy Birtday. We then got up and opened presents before breakfast.
This was certainly a fun shoot to do to mark this special event
After breakfast I did a smash the cake shoot and I was a little surprised at how gentle she was. I expected my house to be covered with cake and I also expected my daughter to go head down. I guess the fact it was not a chocolate cake (she is a chocoholic like her mum) played a role in addition to just finishing her breakfast. Regardless we had fun and here are some photos from the event.
