I have done so well with Project 52, but I have found it hard to get motivated these past weeks. Fall is here to stay. It is dark in the morning when I leave for work and dark when I arrive home. I love photographing natural light but I should not let the weather stop me capturing the greatness of my girls.
However, since I never got around to photographing my own children I have decided to share a session from this week. This is 10 days old baby Evan and his 2 year old big sister. They were a joy to photograph and with the change of weather I just could not resist a few images using the winter hat.
Evan’ mum had lovingly knitted the cute blueberry hat for her son so we had to make sure this were featured in some of the images.
This week I decided not to let it get the better of me. I was going to have a battle with the sticky, non agreeable glutenfree dough. I had found a link on pinterest to a different way of making cinnamon rolls and decided to give it a shot. So as per the
instructions I melted some butter, prepared a bowl of cinnamon and sugar and proceede to make little balls, stick them in butter then cinnamon and sugar and put them in little cupcake cases. Sadly my cupcake tin was lost in the move and the kids were eager to taste before bedtime so I didn’t let the dough rise long enough.
