I have had a busy weekend with a visitor from abroad and we spent so much time talking about one of my other and our shared passion baking. It made me realise I need to put a bit more time aside and bake a little more so today I got up with that in mind. My youngest however has been feverish all day which meant I spent a lot of time caring for her so only managed to bake a batch of my girls favourite brownies today. I have to say I did fairly enjoy sitting down tonight with a cup of tea and a brownie square.
