Just a note to tell you that I’m coeliac as well and that the Tesco’s Baking Powder isn’t safe. It’s in the directory but unfortunately if you google it you’ll get lots of forums, I had problems with it as well! I use the Barkat gluten-free baking powder and have no problem with it at all 🙂
