On wednesday Molly went to nursery in a party dress and a pair of ruffle trousers by Matilda jane.
Wednesday night she came home and changed into sleeping beauty dressing up outfit. At night time, she was still a princess and as I went up to check on here, there she was my sleeping princess.
Getting ready for nursery on Thursday she refused to change into something else because you see…. princesses wear pretty dresses. Leaving the house I was told that “princesses needs a jacket on” so jacket was put on and she swiftly jumped into her smarties wellington boots. Walking into nursery she put one hand on each side of the dress and lifted it up to avoid it getting wet or dirty and was explaining “princesses need to lift their dress”. She loved being a princess all day at nursery and it was a struggle to get the dress off at bath time but she did understand that even princesses needs a wash. I went out to get some shopping done because my little girl is soon about to turn four and when I got home I walk up to her room and find a beautiful Snow White sleeping in her bed.
So this morning she wakes up, dressed as snow white and refused to change. I managed to put a t-shirt and tights on and before she left for nursery she had to put her red cape on. Because she is a little princess.
Childhood is priceless. Here is a little image from my Instagram.
