On Sunday the girls and I was baking “boller and kanel i svingen”. This is a Norwegian receipt and also something you will find in shops and bakeries throughout Norway. It is a sweet dough that is made with flour, margarine, sugar, egg, milk, yeast and cardamom.
It was the first time my youngest baked with dough and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The final results in pictured below as is my daughters first baking experience. The buns pictured is called “kanel i svingen “ which translate cinnamon in the turn. So it is a roll that has cinnamon and sugar inside and this turned out to be my girls favourite.
