August was a fantastic month where we confirmed and signed contracts for two weddings and have received a lot of interest in our wedding photography.
Somehow it makes me reflect back on my own marriage and my own wedding day and I believe it has unravelled some memories for my husband too as he looked out the song we had for our first dance.
I wanted my wedding to reflect my husband equally as much as I so after searching long and hard I managed to find an Aston Martin owner and our wedding car was a lovely DB4 and I just had to follow it through by putting James Bond and Electra on our wedding cake together with a toy DB5 car.
We tried to find a suitable song for our first dance, my husband is a Beatles fan so he did suggest Norwegian Wood but in the end due to his love for James Bond movies he remembered the song from His Majesty Secret Service by Louis Armstrong and after listening to the lyrics I felt this was very appropriate for a first dance.
