Sadly when we were on holiday our first cat Snowy past away. I have not gotten around to write a proper blog post about this yet but it will come.
Our hearts and home felt really empty with him, we missed the company of a second cat and decided to get a kitten. After searching long and heard and phoning different cat owners looking to rehome their kittens. We wanted a kitten who needed a new home, one that was used to children and people, one friendly little kitten. So when picking a kitten I was quite picky.
In the end we decided on a kitten and I took my youngest daughter to pick him up. He has since been loved and never left alone. He is very playful and it quickly became apparent that this little kitten has a fun character. I guess it is no surprise that the girls took about 2 seconds to absolutely adore him.
